Visiting the beach and feeling sick!

Well it has finally hit me, yup I'm sick. This is really not to much fun, I thought I was going to be able to get through this with no problems. It all started Friday morning. Kyle and I went to Grand Haven Beach in MI and it was so nice, it just reminded me of how much I miss California and the nice sunny weather and sandy beaches. I was really enjoying the day until I felt this cramping and flu like feeling coming upon me. Well it continued through Saturday and Sunday and that evening I just couldn't handle the pain anymore so Kyle and I went to the hospital. After spending 9 hours there I came home to bed with tylenol. I have been told to basically be on bed rest for the next week or two and take it easy. It has been hard cause I am not someone who likes to sit around inside all day. I guess this is part of being pregnant and I will just have to get through it. I don't really have to use my tivo anymore since I am home all day and evening to watch my shows right when they're on and browsing the internet has become something somewhat enjoyable. Well here are some pictures from our trip to Grand Haven and a picture of my belly at about 5 1/2 weeks pregnant.

You have no belly at all silly! That sucks you aren't feeling well, I don't know if you've heard about my situation the first trimester but I was in and out of the hospital because I was puking my life away 24/7 - no fun! You should look into getting some Zofran if you're deathly ill - that stuff saved my life, no joke! Anyway, put your feet up and take it easy girl!

Natalie, you are seriously so skinny! You definitely have no sign of a belly yet. I hope you can make it through this sickness. There is a light at the end of the tunnel!

I'm so sorry to hear that you are sick!!! Don't you love how they told you to take Tylenol...like that will do much! I was sick for 6 months...I threw up at LEAST once a day, if not 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 times. It was horrible and miserable...I even lost 8 pounds, but don't worry, in my last trimester I gained back my 8 pounds plus 30 more! I REALLY hope that you get to feeling better WAY before I did!

Way cute bathing suit. I'm sorry to hear the pregnancy's hit you pretty bad. I really hope it doesn't last nine months. Try and enjoy the relaxation as much as possible anyway. Miss you.

Hi Natalie and Kyle,
How cute the pictures are of you both! I loved hearing about your trip and seeing where you were. Your tummy is darling!! I can tell there is a little baby in there! I am sooooo glad you are feeling a little better and can at least stand up now. Can't wait to see the new condo when we come back in a couple of weeks. Right now Brittany is getting ready and then we are going to go shopping while the guys are at the Priesthood meeting. We are going shopping!! Then off to the Valencia reunion and 5 Buck Pizza!! Love to both of you!

Aw, Natalie! I'm sorry you're sick- let me know if there's anything we can do to help. & in the mean time, enjoy the time off your feet! :) Bed rest was my favorite part of pregnancy- the perfect excuse NOT to do anything!
