Christmas Parade!

Today the girls and I went and had a lot of fun at the Kennesaw Christmas Parade. I love seeing the girls so excited about things, and they thoroughly enjoyed this parade. It was really cute, with lots of Christmas floats in a cute little old downtown area.

The best part was seeing Santa being pulled by actual reindeer.
Evelyn got to ride on the ponies. Ellouise got on for about .5 seconds then jumped right off.
I love this time of year, it's my favorite month out of the 12 and I look forward to all the many activities that come with this Christmas season, I've got the list made.

Thanksgiving 2012

This year we had a wonderful Thanksgiving at the Koester home with the whole family, which was so fun and so nice. I am so thankful to have such wonderful in-laws as parents and siblings.

Family Visit!!

I was so excited when some of my family came to visit. I have been missing them so much and loved every minute of the time they were here. We did some relaxation, but for the most part we were busy seeing different places and doing fun activities. Sunday they got to come to church with us and enjoy watching Evelyn in the primary program. She did awesome by the way, right in front singing every word nice and loud, and of course waving and blowing kisses. Then we all got to enjoy a great dinner at Kyle's parents house with his family. It was so nice to have everyone together.
Our first outing was to the Coca-Cola Museum. It was a lot of fun, there were great activities for kids, a fun 4D movie and the best part a tasting room where you could try every flavor of coke product there is in the world as much as you wanted.

 Evelyn loved the Coca-Cola Bear.

Ellouise wasn't too sure about the bear, or this guy.
 Some character.
The next day the girls all went up to Cleveland, Ga to the Babyland, while my dad and Kyle went to see a couple college basketball games at the Georgia Dome.  It was awesome.
I loved growing up with my Cabbage Patch dolls and never knew a place like this existed. The girls absolutely loved it. Evelyn got to hold the newest baby that was born while we were there, they even named it Evelyn. These people take their job very seriously and no these aren't dolls, they're babies.

Of course there was no way we were leaving without one of our own, so thank you Grandma Patterson for my girls first Cabbage Patch, I know they will love them forever.
I was so thankful my family made the effort to come out and visit, it was so hard to see them leave. We had a wonderful time.

As of Late

As of lately, our pretty backyard has been changing into some beautiful colors,
We genuinely have been enjoying going to the park in our neighborhood as often as we can,

I have found joy in wearing my new favorite shirt,
and we've been enjoying the many visitors we get in our backyard. Since there are no fences, we've had dogs, cats and wouldn't you know it a turkey!

Trick-or-Treat!

We had a fun first Halloween this year in Georgia, our Vampire Witch and our Cowgirl loved getting all the candy they could. Our neighborhood is full of kids so it was fun seeing everyone and we had a great time going around with Grandma and Grandpa K, Uncle Kurtis, Aunt Ashley and Aunt Amy and of course little dog Kooper.

Fun at the Pumpkin Patch!

We ventured up to Burt's Pumpkin Patch in Dawsonville, GA. It was fun checking out the pumpkins, going on our hayride and seeing the beautiful trees and the colors of the leaves.
