Growing Up Too Fast!

Our little girl is 15 months today and I really can't believe how big she is getting. It seems we came back to California this summer with a baby and now we are leaving with a big kid. She has been so much fun and she is so full of life. She definitely has a personality of her own and loves to do things just her way. She sure has loved being with her cousins, aunts, uncles and grandparents this summer, we will miss all of them and the fun activities when we head back to Michigan in just a short few weeks. Mommy and Daddy love you so much Evelyn and can't wait to see what new joys and experiences you bring us in the next 15 months!

Fun Summer Times

While the rest of the family has been at Lake Powell this week, Evelyn and I have been keeping busy getting our own share of the sun. Evelyn just absolutely loves the pool or any type of water and would spend all day in it if she could. So just about every day we kick and splash around in the water to keep nice and cool.


We also enjoy going for walks and taking pictures for fun.


Every week play group is held at the beach, which really can't get any better than that, so Evelyn and I have truly enjoyed going to play group and playing in the sand. Evelyn also loves the beach just like her mommy and screams every time I try to take her out of the water. She loved to go in and let the waves hit up to her chest or she would just sit in the sand and let them knock her over. We have really been enjoying our summer and am a little sad it is closely coming to an end.
