Florida Time!

Kyle and I got the opportunity to have a nice little vacation all to ourselves and boy did we enjoy it! We both have come to really like Florida and so anytime we can go and sit on the warm sand and swim in the warm Atlantic water we do. 

This is my all time favorite view.

A Wonderful Visit

At Valentines Day we got to have another wonderful visit from my mom and dad. I just love it when they come and the girls have so much fun with them.

Ellouise Turns 2!!

I really can't believe our sweet little Ellouise is 2 now. It seems just like yesterday when my epidural didn't work and I had the opportunity to experience "real" childbirth. Oh but what a sweet, fun and loving girl she has become. We love her so much and are so thankful to have her in our family.

We of course like every birthday started it off with going into her room and signing happy birthday to her. Evelyn was so excited for this part, she even came and got us out of bed. She opened a few gifts and got lots of hugs and kisses.

We had to do a Winnie-the-Pooh party cause if you know Ellouise then you know how attached she is to her "winnie" and can't sleep at all with out it.

It was a wonderful birthday and I am truly grateful for our sweet Ellouise. She has such a sweet personality and she is so fun. I love watching her and Evelyn have so much fun together and begin making memories as great sisters!

Happy Birthday to Me!

It was a Happy Birthday to me this year. I truly do enjoy having my birthday around Christmas, there is just so much joy and happiness in the air. This year was another good one. I got to go shopping and then enjoy a great dinner at The Cheesecake Factory, my favorite part being the cheesecake, and was joined by some lovely people, Daniel, Amy, Kurtis and Ashely. Thanks again for coming and celebrating with me.

Class Party!

Evelyn finished her first semester of Pre-K and has been loving it and doing so well. Though it's everyday form 8:00 till 2:30, she has been enjoying it and learning so much. Here is her first ever school picture.

 At the Koester's Christmas party we came home with this lovely Christmas sweater after the gift exchange and figured I would just toss it out, but Evelyn absolutely loved it and insisted on wearing it to school. She can make anything look cute.

Before Christmas break Evelyn's school had their Pajama Day/Christmas Party. Here she is with one of her good friends Rachel.

 Her teachers Mrs. V and Ms. Hirsch. They are great with Evelyn and she has really enjoyed having them as her teachers.

 Ellouise was so excited she got to join in on the party and be just one of the kids.
